Intuitive navigation

We introduced some major changes to our navigation to ensure you quickly find what you need. It is now easie and more intuitive. The following change are now visible in the web application on all browsers:

  • We added a new Sales tab where you can create new sales through our POS system, track your transactions and manage the payment methods your business accepts. 
  • What was previously Business tab is now Settings. Here you’ll find all the fundamental sections to manage your business.
    • In the Reporting section, you find important business statistics and the log of all activity and changes to bookings.
    • Under Business, you manage your locations, set up business operating hours, staff’s booking hours and vacations and edit your subscription billing information.
    • In the Inventory section, you can now easily manage offered services and products, track the stock history and levels, or increase retention thanks to the loyalty program. All from one place.
    • Reminder messages can be set up under Automation.
  • Marketing tab is now Online booking and contains all the tools to manage your online presence and receive new bookings. Set up and customize your booking website, specify booking rules, and share your business online.
All our guides in our help center were also updated to reflect the recent changes.

Enhanced calendar sync

We improved the synchronization between Google Calendar and Reservio calendar. Events and appointments from one calendar didn’t always reach the other resulting in booked time slots appearing as free. We fixed this problem and improved the connection which now runs seamlessly again. Learn more about calendar synchronization.

Additionally, we fixed a couple of issues in the Create new feature:
  • The end time of an appointment now moves based on the length of the selected service.
  • The system will appoint an available staff member automatically if a client selects “Anyone”.
  • Creating bookings directly from a client’s profile now works.
