Reservio now allows you to write your own text in the SMS and emails you send to your clients as automatic messages, for example, when you confirm, cancel or remind them of a booking.
Customise the text of your messages to suit your needs
You can set the wording of each message in your account administration separately for each situation when:
the booking is awaiting your confirmation, the booking has been confirmed, declined or cancelled, the booking has been rescheduled, or you want to remind the client of their upcoming booking.
Thanks to automatic reminders, they won't forget their reservations. Email and SMS reminders are proven to reduce the number of clients who forget and don't show up. The booking is then forfeited, meaning lost profit for the business.
