For which purchases by referred users will I receive a commission?
You are guaranteed a commission of USD 50 when a user you refer purchases one of our premium plans - Starter, Standard, or Pro. The commission is the same whether they subscribe for half a year, a year, or two years, based on the current price list. If you recommend our solution to an enterprise, you will earn 20% of their first premium subscription purchase.
Do I receive a commission when a new user renews a package?
The commission only applies to the first purchase by referred users. We do not pay a cash reward for repeated premium plan subscriptions. If you are interested in continuing to earn with Reservio, recommend the system to more people or use it for other projects.
How do you find out which clients use Reservio based on my referrals?
We recognize your referred clients by their sign-up through your custom affiliate link. You can get the link right after signing up on our affiliate portal.
Where can I find a list of the clients I have brought in?
You can easily find a list of your clients and the commission you have earned in your partner account.
How are commissions paid out?
Once you are eligible for a commission of USD 50 or more, simply contact our customer care, and we will pay out the commission via bank transfer.
Is there a time limit for receiving a commission?
There isn't. You don't have to worry about when the user you referred makes their first purchase and when you are eligible for commission. It can be a month or a year later, and you will still receive the reward for bringing in the client.
